I ♥ Faces: Week 24: "All About Babies" Photo Challenge

Here is my entry for the photo challenge "All About Babies" (www.iheartfaces.com).  This is one of my most treasured shots of Ethne.  As a baby, she LOVED to be wrapped up and asleep in your arms.  In this photograph she is 4 days old.  Looking back at it makes me remember how much our family has accomplished.  ;) 

Milestone...

This weekend, the twins have graduated to riding without training wheels!  Ethne is quite the little speedster.  Tristan is still trying to figure it all out... but has breaking down to a science! 

Kindergarten Pizza Night...

Thursday evening we all headed to the Gym @ Gwen's school for Kindergarten Pizza Night.  The twins got to meet their Kindergarten teacher, Miss Janell, as well as the other teachers and the principal.  We had pizza, juice & cookies, then headed over to the classroom for information on how to help prepare them over the summer for school in the fall.

I ♥ Faces: Week 23: Play Photo Challenge

Here is my photo for the challenge "Play".  After an exhausting day of playing ball in the yard, I captured this one of Ethne. 

In the Yard...

Despite it being June... we are still having seriously stormy weather.  Mini monsoon happening outside as I am typing this.  This morning there was a small break in the weather (maybe 5 minutes) so Ethne & I wandered around the yard checking out the flowers that are in bloom.  Two of Ethne's favorites from the morning... a large red rose & our purple leafed tree, which always captures the rain & dew beautifully.

Entering the professional phase... I ordered my speed light flash!  Should be here by the 10th... Cannot wait to get it and have some fun!  I know, very nerdy. 

Road Trips...

One of my favorite things about road trips are the sunsets... Here is the one Amanda & I had the pleasure of witnessing on our way to Yakima.

Griffey Night...

Went to the M's game with my besties, Justin & Sarah.  It was Griffey Tee night... got one for me, Gwen & Ethne.  Game was hella slow but massive fun for people watching.  We cut out early and went for sushi.  Not too often that we get to just hang outside of work.  ;)

 

Flying High...

Tristan's new obsession... Frisbee.  He is actually getting pretty darn good at it.  ;)
