Sounders Game

Saturday, I was able to attend the Seattle Sounders game with my good friend Kelly. Her husband Alex gave up his ticket so I could go. Alex and Brian had a great day playing in the pool with the kids, watching the game on TV, and eating everything in site.

Kelly & I got to leave early and go tailgating with a bunch of her friends. It was the perfect day for it too. The sun was out, no clouds in the sky and a slight breeze. We started tailgating around 11am and headed into the game at 1pm.

Sounders games ROCK! Everyone is cheering, singing songs and clapping to the beat. Amazing sense of camaraderie. I was there not even 2 minutes and everyone was hi-fiving and hugging me. My kind of people! The Sounders won 2-1 and I am hooked. We have to get a season pass next year!

    We are soooo jealous! We couldn't even watch the game cuz we didn't have digital cable yet. We had to listen to it on a crummy internet radio feed that kept going out. We even missed the Sounders second goal because of that. But now we got the digital cable hooked up and we'll be watching all the games with our daddy. Maybe we'll see you on the tube! GO SOUNDERS!!
